AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,085, passed August 22, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,245, passed September 25, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,295, passed January 15, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. March 4, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,338, passed May 28, 1996 by repealing Sections 27-1741, 27-1748, 27-2225, 27-2226, 27-2227, 27-2405, 27-2406, 27-2407, 27-2892, 27-2911.03 and 27-2911.04, thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1741, 27-1748, 27-2892 and 27-2894, and adding and enacting Sections 27-1911.01 and 27-1930.01, all relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,

Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,085, passed August 22, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,245, passed September 25, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,295, passed January 15, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. March 4, 1996, be and is hereby amended by repealing Sections Sections 27-1741, 27-1748, 27-2225, 27-2226, 27-2227, 27-2405, 27-2406, 27-2407, 27-2892, 27-2911.03 and 27-2911.04, thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1741, 27-1748, 27-2892 and 27-2894, and adding and enacting Sections 27-1911.01 and 27-1930.01, thereof, all relating traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-1741. SIXTEENTH STREET--RAILROAD AVENUE TO HIGH STREET.

Sixteenth Street, on both sides, from Railroad Avenue to Locust Street, no parking any time.

Sixteenth Street, on both sides, from Grand Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Sixteenth Street, on both sides, from Ingersoll Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof, no parking any time.
