AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,848, passed July 6, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,892, passed September 28, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,935, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,987, passed May 17, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,239, passed September 5, 1995 and amended by Ordinance No. 13,241, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,248, passed October 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,344, passed June 3, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,369, passed September 3, 1996, by repealing Sections 27-1420.05, 27-1753, 27-1913, 27-1933, 27-2055, and 27-2592, thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1420.05, 27-1753, 27-1913, 27-1933, 27-2055, and 27-2592, all relating to traffic regulation changes.

Section 1.
