AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,891, passed September 28, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,239, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,567, passed January 19, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,658, passed November 2, 1998 by repealing Sections 27-1617, 27-1689, 27-1871 and 27-2859 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1617, 27-1689, 27-1871 and 27-2859, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines,

Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,891, passed September 28, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,239, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,567, passed January 19, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,658, passed November 2, 1998 by repealing Sections 27-1617, 27-1689, 27-1871 and 27-2859 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1617, 27-1689, 27-1871 and 27-2859, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-1617. SIXTH AVENUE--WALNUT STREET TO LOCUST STREET.

Sixth Avenue, on the east side, from Walnut Street to Locust Street, no parking 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from Walnut Street to a point 180 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from a point 180 feet north of Walnut Street to Locust Street, no parking 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from a point 180 feet north of Walnut Street to Locust Street, no parking 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.
