AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,052, passed October 18, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,160, passed February 27, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,534, passed October 20, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,610, passed June 1, 1998, by repealing Sections 27-1627 and 27-2012 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1627 and 27-2012, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,052, passed October 18, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,160, passed February 27, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,534, passed October 20, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,610, passed June 1, 1998, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1627 and 27-2012 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1627 and 27-2012, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-1627. SIXTH AVENUE--EUCLID AVENUE TO AURORA AVENUE.

Sixth Avenue, on the east side, from Euclid Avenue to a point 100 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Sixth Avenue, on the east side, from a point 100 feet north of Euclid Avenue to a point 60 feet south of Clinton Avenue, two hour parking, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Sixth Avenue, on the east side, from a point 200 feet south of Douglas Avenue to a point 30 feet south thereof, commercial loading zone.

Sixth Avenue, on the east side, from a point 75 feet south of Douglas Avenue to a point 125 feet south thereof, two hour parking, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

Sixth Avenue, on the east side, from a point 75 feet south of Douglas Avenue to a point 50 feet north of Douglas Avenue, no parking any time.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from Euclid Avenue to a point 100 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from a point 100 feet north of Euclid Avenue to Clinton Avenue, no parking 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from a point 100 feet north of Euclid Avenue to a point 42 feet north thereof, no parking 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from a point 70 feet south of Douglas Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof, commercial loading zone.

Sixth Avenue, on the west side, from a point 142 feet north of Euclid Avenue to a point 70 feet south of Douglas Avenue, two hour parking 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

27-2012. CAMBRIDGE STREET--EAST SHERIDAN AVENUE TO EAST AURORA AVENUE.

Cambridge Street, on the east side, from East Sheridan Avenue to a point 75 feet north of Hull Avenue, no parking any time.

Cambridge Street, on the west side, from Sheridan Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Cambridge Street, on the west side, from a point 50 feet south of Hull Avenue to Tiffin Avenue, no parking any time.

Cambridge Street, on the east side, from Tiffin Avenue to East Ovid Avenue, no parking any time.
