AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,660, passed May 31, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,218, passed August 7, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,241, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,248, passed October 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,529, passed October 6, 1997, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,567, passed January 19, 1998 by repealing Sections 27-1210, 27-1420.005, 27-1905, 27-1917 and 27-2633, thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1210, 27-1420.005, 27-1905, 27-1917 and 27-2633, and adding and enacting new Sections 27-828.01, 27-1207.01 and 27-1291.02 relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,660, passed May 31, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,218, passed August 7, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,241, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,248, passed October 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,529, passed October 6, 1997, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,567, passed January 19, 1998 by repealing Sections 27-1210, 27-1420.005, 27-1905, 27-1917 and 27-2633, thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1210, 27-1420.005, 27-1905, 27-1917 and 27-2633, and adding and enacting new Sections 27-828.01, 27-1207.01 and 27-1291.02 relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:
