The rates for metered parking for the parking meter districts provided in this article are as follows:

(1)District No. I B forty cents per hour, except ten hour meters, twenty cents per hour, and electronic meters installed after April 1, 1999, seventy-five cents per hour.

(2)District No. II B twenty-five cents per hour, except ten hour meters, twenty cents per hour.

(3)District No. III B twenty-five cents per hour, except ten hour meters, twenty cents per hour.
