ORDINANCE NO. 13,714

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, as heretofore amended, by repealing Section 23-2736 thereof and by adding and enacting a new Section 27-2161.05, regarding the restricted parking areas to reflect the renaming of West Drive to Fanny Pruce Drive.

BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, be and is hereby amended by repealing Section 23-2736 thereof and by adding and enacting a new Section 27-2161.05, regarding the restricted parking areas to reflect the renaming of West Drive to Fanny Pruce Drive, as follows:

27-2161.05. FANNY PRUCE DRIVE--CUMMINS PARKWAY TO SIXTY-THIRD STREET.

Fanny Pruce Drive, on the south side, from Cummins Parkway to Sixty-third Street, no parking any time.

Fanny Pruce Drive, on the north side, from Cummins Parkway to a point 150 feet east of Sixty-third Street, no parking any time.

Fanny Pruce Drive, on the north side, from Sixty-third Street to a point 50 feet east thereof, no parking any time.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
