AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,891, passed September 28, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,060, passed November 8, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,047, passed June 6, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,135, passed January 3, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,241, passed September 5, 1995, adn amended by Ordinance No. 13,248, passed October 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,270, passed November 20, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,673, passed January 25, 1999, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,705, passed May 3, 1999, repealing Sections 27-1187, 27-1403, 27-1405, 27-1621, 27-1800, 27-2106 and 27-2275 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1187, 27-1403, 27-1405, 27-1621, 27-1800, 27-2106 and 27-2275 and adding and enacting new Sections 27-1007.01, 27-1182.01, 27-1190.01, 27-1193.01, 27-1241.01 and 27-1247.01, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,891, passed September 28, 1992, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,060, passed November 8, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,047, passed June 6, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,135, passed January 3, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,241, passed September 5, 1995, adn amended by Ordinance No. 13,248, passed October 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,270, passed November 20, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,673, passed January 25, 1999, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,705, passed May 3, 1999, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1187, 27-1403, 27-1405, 27-1621, 27-1800, 27-2106 and 27-2275 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1187, 27-1403, 27-1405, 27-1621, 27-1800, 27-2106 and 27-2275 and adding and enacting new Sections 27-1007.01, 27-1182.01, 27-1190.01, 27-1193.01, 27-1241.01 and 27-1247.01, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:
