AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,139, passed January 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,567, passed January 19, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,705, passed May 3, 1999 by repealing Section 27-2825 thereof and enacting a new Section 27-2825, relating to traffic regulation changes.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, , and amended by Ordinance No. 13,139, passed January 16, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,567, passed January 19, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,705, passed May 3, 1999 is hereby amended by repealing Section 27-2825 thereof and enacting a new Section 27-2825, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:
27-2825. GRAND AVENUE--SEVENTH STREET TO EIGHTH STREET.
Grand Avenue, on the south side, from Seventh Street to a point 120 feet west thereof, two hour meters, 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Grand Avenue, on the south side, from a point 240 feet west of Seventh Street to Eighth Street, two hour meters, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Grand Avenue, on the north side, from Seventh Street to a point 80 feet west thereof, two hour meters, 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
