AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,660, passed May 13, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,951, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,982, passed May 3, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,096, passed February 28, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,076, passed July 25, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,102, passed October 3, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,146, passed January 23, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,239, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,256, passed November 6, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,317, passed March 25, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,323, passed April 1, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,360, passed July 22, 1996 and amended by Ordinance No. 13,375, passed September 16, 1996, by repealing Sections 27-1116, 27-1614, 27-1877, 27-1881, 27-1981 and 27-2384 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1116, 27-1614, 27-1877, 27-1881, 27-1885, 27-1981 and 27-2384, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,660, passed May 13, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,951, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,982, passed May 3, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 12,096, passed February 28, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,076, passed July 25, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,102, passed October 3, 1994, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,146, passed January 23, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,239, passed September 5, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,256, passed November 6, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,317, passed March 25, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,323, passed April 1, 1996, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,360, passed July 22, 1996 and amended by Ordinance No. 13,375, passed September 16, 1996, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1116, 27-1614, 27-1877, 27-1881, 27-1981 and 27-2384 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1116, 27-1614, 27-1877, 27-1881, 27-1885, 27-1981 and 27-2384, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:
