ORDINANCE NO. 13,801

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, by repealing Sections 27-2357 and 27-2753 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-2357 and 27-2753, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-2357 and 27-2753 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-2357 and 27-2753, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-2357. KIRKWOOD AVENUE--SOUTH UNION STREET TO SOUTHWEST ELEVENTH STREET.

Kirkwood Avenue, on the south side, from South Union Street to a point 50 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

Kirkwood Avenue, on the north side, from South Union Street to Southwest Eleventh Street, no parking any time.

Kirkwood Avenue, on the south side, from Southwest Ninth Street to a point 75 feet east thereof, no parking any time.

Kirkwood Avenue, on the south side, from Southwest Ninth Street to a point 50 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

27-2753. WOLCOTT AVENUE--SOUTHWEST NINTH STREET TO SOUTHWEST THIRTY-SEVENTH STREET.

Wolcott Avenue, on the south side, from Southwest Ninth Street to a point 60 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

Wolcott Avenue, on the north side, from Southwest Ninth Street to Southwest Twelfth Street, no parking any time.

Wolcott Avenue, on the south side, from Southwest Twelfth Street to a point 65 feet east thereof, no parking any time.

Wolcott Avenue, on the north side, from Southwest Twenty-eighth Street to Southwest Twenty-ninth Street, no parking any time.

Wolcott Avenue, on the south side, from Southwest Thirtieth Street to Southwest Thirty-first Street, no parking any time.


Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
