AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,953, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,136, passed January 3, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,455, passed April 21, 1997, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,592, passed March 23, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,710, passed May 5, 1999, by repealing Section 15-181 thereof and enacting a new Section 15-181, relating to Blank Park Zoo fees.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,953, passed March 15, 1993, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,136, passed January 3, 1995, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,455, passed April 21, 1997, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,592, passed March 23, 1998, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,710, passed May 5, 1999, is hereby amended by repealing Section 15-181 thereof and enacting a new Section 15-181, relating to Blank Park Zoo fees, as follows:

Children under 2 yrs Free

Children (2-11 yrs) $ 3.00

Adults (12-64 yrs) $ 4.50

Senior Citizens (65 yrs + older) $ 3.50

Children under 2 yrs Free

Children (2-11 yrs) $ 2.50

Adults (12-64 yrs) $ 4.00

Senior Citizens (65 yrs + older) $ 3.25

(one free adult with each 10 students, $ 2.25

$4.00 each adult thereafter, bus driver-

free)

Students of Ruby Van Meter, Smouse,

and Mann Elementary Schools Free

Zoo Camp $ 2.25

Zoomobile Program (Living Classroom)

First class of a school $ 55.00

Each additional class $ 35.00
