ORDINANCE NO. 13,813

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, by repealing Sections 27-1747 and 27-2435 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1747 and 27-2435, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1747 and 27-2435 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1747 and 27-2435, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

East Seventeenth Court, on the east side, from Walker Street to East Washington Avenue, no parking any time.

East Seventeenth Court, on the west side, from Kinsey Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof, no parking any time.

East Seventeenth Court, on the west side, from a point 50 feet south of East University Avenue to a point 50 feet north of East University Avenue, no parking any time.

27-2435. MAR ELLA TRAIL--WASHINGTON AVENUE TO FRANKLIN AVENUE.

Mar Ella Trail, on the east side, from Washington Avenue to Franklin Avenue, no parking any time.

Mar Ella Trail, on the west side, from Franklin Avenue to a point 110 feet south thereof, no parking any time.

 

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
