ORDINANCE NO. 13,818

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance No. 11,935, passed February 15, 1993, by repealing Sections 27-1833 and 27-2442.04 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1833 and 27-2442.04, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of Des Moines, 1991, adopted by Ordinance No. 11,651, passed April 15, 1991, and amended by Ordinance 11,935, passed February 15, 1993, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 27-1833 and 27-2442.04 thereof and enacting new Sections 27-1833 and 27-2442.04, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

27-1833. EAST THIRTIETH STREET--EAST COURT AVENUE TO EAST AURORA AVENUE.

East Thirtieth Street, on both sides, from East Court Avenue to East University Avenue, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the west side, from East University Avenue to Mahaska Avenue, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the east side, from East University Avenue to East Washington Avenue, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the west side, from East Jefferson Avenue to Easton Boulevard, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the east side, from East Sheridan Avenue to Avenue Frederick M. Hubbell, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the west side, from East Ovid Avenue to East Euclid Avenue, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the east side, from East Ovid Avenue north for a distance of 160 feet, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the east side, from East Euclid Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof, no parking any time.

East Thirtieth Street, on the east side, from East Douglas Avenue to East Aurora Avenue, no parking any time.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, on the east side, from Euclid Avenue to Madison Avenue, no parking any time.

Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, on the west side, from Euclid Avenue to a point 200 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, on the west side, from a point 200 feet north of Euclid Avenue to Lynner Drive, no parking 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

 

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
