ORDINANCE NO. 13,828

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, by repealing Sections 114-2958, 114-3573 and 114-3930 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-2958, 114-3573 and 114-3930, relating to traffic regulation changes.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 114-2958, 114-3573 and 114-3930 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-2958, 114-3573 and 114-3930, relating to traffic regulation changes, as follows:

Sec. 114-2958. Sixtieth Street--Grand Avenue to New York Avenue.

Sixtieth Street, on the west side, from Grand Avenue to Walnut Hill Avenue, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the west side, from University Avenue to Cummins Parkway, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the east side, from Cummins Parkway to Crown Lane, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the west side, from Cummins Parkway to a point 50 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the east side, from Northwest Drive to a point 50 feet south thereof, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the west side, from Crown Lane to Franklin Avenue, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the west side, from Lincoln Avenue to a point 80 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Sixtieth Street, on the east side, from Franklin Avenue to New York Avenue, no parking any time.

 

Sec. 114-3573. Repealed by Ord. No. 13,---.

 

Sec. 114-3930. Pleasant Street--Eighth Street to Ninth Street.

Pleasant Street, on the north side, from Eighth Street to Ninth Street, four-hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Pleasant Street, on the south side, from Eighth Street to a point 90 feet west thereof, four-hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Pleasant Street, on the south side, from a point 115 feet west of Eighth Street to Ninth Street, four-hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after July 1, 2000 as provided by law.
