ORDINANCE NO. 13,841

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, by repealing Sections 114-2684, 114-2696, 114-3409 and 114-3445 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-2684, 114-2696, 114-3409 and 114-3445 and adding and enacting new Sections 114-2928.03 and 114-2928.05, relating to traffic and vehicles.

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 114-2684, 114-2696, 114-3409 and 114-3445 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-2684, 114-2696, 114-3409 and 114-3445 and adding and enacting new Sections 114-2928.03 and 114-2928.05, relating to traffic and vehicles, as follows:

Southeast Eighth Street, on the west side, from East Vine Street to a point 250 feet south of East Railroad Avenue, no parking any time.

Southeast Eighth Street, on the west side, from Van Buren Avenue to East Edison Avenue, no parking any time.

Southeast Eighth Street, on the east side, from Hartford Avenue to a point 100 feet south of East Indianola Avenue, no parking any time.
