For purposes of this article, the business district shall be constituted of all the streets and avenues located within the area bounded by the south side of Mulberry Street at Tenth Street; thence east to the west side of Sixth Avenue; thence south to the south side of Cherry Street; thence east to the east side of Fifth Avenue; thence north to the south side of Court Avenue; thence east to the east side of First Street; thence north to the north side of Grand Avenue; thence west to the east side of Second Avenue; thence north to the south side of Watson Powell, Jr. Way, but not including Watson Powell, Jr. Way; thence west to the east side of Eighth Street; thence south to the north side of Pleasant Street; thence west to the west side of Tenth Street; thence south to the south side of Mulberry Street.

Watson Powell, Jr. Way, on the north side, parking meters K-611 and K-613, four hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., are designated handicapped parking spaces and are subject to the same prohibition as is found in subsection 114-616(a) of this chapter.

East Grand Avenue, on both sides, from a point 55 feet east of Watson Powell, Jr. Way to a point 125 feet west of East First Street, ten-hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
