ORDINANCE NO. 13,971
AN ORDINANCE to adopt a new Skywalk System Plan Map pursuant to Section 102-319 of the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, which identifies additional planned Skywalk Corridors and Skywalk Bridges.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:
Section 1. That pursuant to Section 102-319 of the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, the City Council hereby adopts the Skywalk System Plan Map dated June 18, 2001, which is on file in the office of the City Clerk as the official Skywalk System Plan Map of the City of Des Moines. The Skywalk System Plan Map dated June 18, 2001, shall supercede the prior version of the Skywalk System Plan Map.
Sec. 2. That this ordinance be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Sec. 3. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this ordinance to be recorded in the land records of the Polk County Recorder.
