ORDINANCE NO. 13,981

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Official Zoning Map of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, set forth in Section 134-277 of the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, by rezoning and changing the district classification of certain property located in the vicinity of 4126 Ingersoll Avenue from the "R-3" Multiple Family Residential District to the "PUD" Planned Unit Development District classification.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, set forth in Section 134-277 of the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, be and the same is hereby amended by rezoning and changing the district classification of certain property located in the vicinity of 4126 Ingersoll Avenue, more fully described as follows:

Except the North 17.5 feet, the North 1/2 of Lots 4 and 5, Greenwood Park, an Official Plat; and vacated 66.0 foot 41st Street right-of-way lying East of and adjoining the North 282.5 feet of the South 582.5 feet of Lot 5, of said Greenwood Park; and the North 282.5 feet of the South 582.5 feet of Lot 8, of said Greenwood Park; and the North 150.0 feet of the South 582.5 feet and the West 66.3 feet of the South 67.5 feet of the North 85.0 feet of Lot 9, of said Greenwood Park, all now included in and forming a part of the City of Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa.

from the "R-3" Multiple Family Residential District to the "PUD" Planned Unit Development District classification.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the later of its passage and publication as provided by law.

Sec. 3. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause certified copies of this ordinance and proof of publication thereof to be properly filed in the office of the Recorder of Polk County, Iowa.
