The fourth ward shall be and include those areas of the city encompassed by and located within the boundaries of precinct numbers 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 89, 90, 91, 92, 96, 99, 100, 101 and 102.
