The third ward shall be and include those areas of the city emcompassed by and located within the boundaries of precinct numbers 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 85, 86, 87, 88, 93, 94, 95, and 97.
