AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 14,062, passed March 18, 2002, by repealing Sections 114-3115, 114-3428, 114-3576, 114-3581, 114-3747, 114-3758, 114-4091 and 114-4110 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-3115, 114-3428, 114-3576, 114-3581, 114-3747 and 114-3758, and adding and enacting a new Section 114-3538.01, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 14,062, passed March 18, 2002, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 114-3115, 114-3428, 114-3576, 114-3581, 114-3747, 114-3758, 114-4091 and 114-4110 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-3115, 114-3428, 114-3576, 114-3581, 114-3747 and 114-3758, and adding and enacting a new Section 114-3538.01, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations, as follows:
Sec. 114-3115. East Court Avenue--First Street to East Second Street.
East Court Avenue, on both sides, from East First Street to a point 95 feet west thereof, no parking any time.
East Court Avenue, on the south side, from East First Street to a point 50 feet west of East Second Street, reserved for official police vehicles.
