AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,841, passed July 24, 2000, by repealing Sections 114-2120 and 114-3409 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-2120, 114-3409, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations.
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,841, passed July 24, 2000, is hereby amended by repealing Sections 114-2120 and 114-3409 thereof and enacting new Sections 114-2120 and 114-3409, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations, as follows:
Sec. 114-2120. Forty-seventh Street.
Forty-seventh Street, from the north line of University Avenue to the south line of Forest Avenue, stop.
Forty-seventh Street, at Holcomb Avenue, stop.
Forty-seventh Street, at New York Avenue, stop.
Forty-seventh Street, at Euclid Avenue, yield.
Sec. 114-3409. Lincoln Avenue--Ninth Street to Sixty-first Street.
Lincoln Avenue, on the south side, from Ninth Street to Tenth Street, no parking any time.
Lincoln Avenue, on the north side, from Ninth Street to a point 50 feet west thereof, no parking any time.
Lincoln Avenue, on the north side, from Sixteenth Street to Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, no parking any time.
Lincoln Avenue, on the south side, from Eighteenth Street to a point 65 feet east thereof, no parking any time.
Lincoln Avenue, on the south side, from a point 50 feet east of Nineteenth Street to a point 50 feet west of Nineteenth Street, no parking any time.
Lincoln Avenue, on the north side, from Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway to a point 35 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
