AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, by amending Ordinance No. 13,939, passed April 16, 2001, by amending Section 74-184, zoo fees",
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:
Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,939, passed April 16, 2001, is hereby amended by amending Section 74-184, zoo fees, as follows:
Sec. 74-184. Zoo.
Fees for use of the city zoo shall be as follows:
(1) Admissions:
a. Children (under three years) . . . . Free
b. Children (three to 11 years) . . . . $ 4.00
c. Adults (12 to 64 years) . . . . 5.50
d. Senior citizens (65 years and older) . . . . 4.50
