 AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,841, passed July 24, 2000, and Ordinance No. 13,997, passed September 24, 2001 and Ordinance No. 14,204, passed January 27, 2003 by amending Sections 114-1853, 114-2621, 114-2689, 114-2696, 114-2803, 114-2804, 114-3214, 114-3342, 114-3344, 114-3633, 114-3756, 114-3894 and repealing Section 114-1854, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations.

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,841, passed July 24, 2000, and Ordinance No. 13,997, passed September 24, 2001 and Ordinance No. 14,204, passed January 27, 2003 is hereby amended by amending Sections 114-1853, 114-2621, 114-2689, 114-2696, 114-2803, 114-2804, 114-3214, 114-3342, 114-3344, 114-3633, 114-3756, 114-3894 and repealing Section 114-1854, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations, as follows:
