AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, by amending Sections 114-2187, 114-2850 and 114-3667 thereof, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations.

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, is hereby amended by amending Sections 114-2187, 114-2850 and 114-3667 relating to traffic and vehicle regulations, as follows:

Des Moines Street, from the east line of East Ninth Street to the west line of East Twelfth Street, stop.

Des Moines Street, from the east curbline of East Fifteenth Street to the west curbline of East Seventeenth Street, stop.

Des Moines Street, at East Twenty-second Street, stop.

Des Moines Street, at East Twenty-seventh Street, stop.

Twenty-eighth Street, on both sides, from Terrace Road to Forest Drive, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the west side, from Forest Drive to University Avenue, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Grand Avenue north for a distance of 150 feet, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from a point 100 feet south of Woodland Avenue to a point 100 feet north of Woodland Avenue, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Pleasant Street to Center Street, no parking 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. school days.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Ingersoll Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from a point 100 feet north of Ingersoll Avenue to a point 60 feet north thereof, commercial loading zone.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Kingman Boulevard to a point 75 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Cottage Grove Avenue to a point 50 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from a point 75 feet south of School Street to 75 feet north of School Street, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from University Avenue to a point 50 feet south thereof, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Forest Avenue to College Avenue, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the east side, from Moyer Street to Witmer Avenue, no parking any time.

Twenty-eighth Street, on the west side, from Amick Avenue to Euclid Avenue, no parking any time.

Thornton Court, on the north side, from Southeast Twentieth Street to a point 350 feet west thereof and any part of the cul-de-sac, no parking any time.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
