AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 14,121, passed July 16, 2002, and Ordinance No. 14,196, passed January 6, 2003 and Ordinance No. 14,309, passed January 12, 2004, by amending Sections 114-1290, 114-2759, 114-2891, 114-2906, 114-3258, 114-3430, 114-3431, 114-3432, 114-3544, 114-4000, 114-4014, 114-4027, 114-4028 and 114-4029 and adding and enacting new Sections 114-1532.5 and 114-4013.01 thereof, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 14,121, passed July 16, 2002, and Ordinance No. 14,196, passed January 6, 2003 and Ordinance No. 14,309, passed January 12, 2004 is hereby amended by amending Sections 114-1290, 114-2759, 114-2891, 114-2906, 114-3258, 114-3430, 114-3431, 114-3432, 114-3544, 114-4000, 114-4014, 114-4027, 114-4028 and 114-4029 and adding and enacting new Sections 114-1532.5 and 114-4013.01 thereof, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations, as follows:
