ORDINANCE NO. 14,360

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,833, passed June 19, 2000 by amending Sections 114-2783, 114-3384, 114-3699, 114-3744 and 114-4041 thereof, relating to traffic and vehicles.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 13,833, passed June 19, 2000, is hereby amended by amending Sections 114-2783, 114-3384, 114-3699, 114-3744 and 114-4041 relating to traffic and vehicles, as follows:

Sec. 114-2783. East Eighteenth Street‑‑East Vine Street to Guthrie Avenue.

East Eighteenth Street, on both sides, from East Vine Street to East Grand Avenue, no parking any time.

East Eighteenth Street, on the east side, from a point 100 feet south of Des Moines Street to Maple Street, no parking any time.

East Eighteenth Street, on both sides, from Maple Street to Walker Street, no parking any time.

East Eighteenth Street, on the west side, from Easton Boulevard to East Washington Avenue, no parking any time.

East Eighteenth Street, on the east side, from Easton Boulevard to a point 100 feet north thereof, no parking any time.

East Eighteenth Street, on the east side, from East Washington Avenue to Mattern Avenue, no parking any time.

East Eighteenth Street, on the east side, from Thompson Avenue to Guthrie Avenue, no parking any time.

Sec. 114-3384. Kirkwood Avenue‑‑South Union Street to Southwest Eleventh Street.

Kirkwood Avenue, on the south side, from South Union Street to a point 145 feet west thereof, no parking any time.

Kirkwood Avenue, on the north side, from South Union Street to Southwest Eleventh Street, no parking any time.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
