ORDINANCE NO. 14,370

AN ORDINANCE to amend the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 14,322, passed March 22, 2004, by amending Section 114-3659.05 and adding and enacting a new Section 114-2905.01 thereof, relating to traffic and vehicle regulations.

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. That the Municipal Code of the City of Des Moines, Iowa, 2000, adopted by Ordinance No. 13,827, passed June 5, 2000, and amended by Ordinance No. 14,322, passed March 22, 2004, is hereby amended by amending Section 114-3659.05 and adding and enacting a new Section 114-2905.01, relating to, traffic and vehicle regulations, as follows:

Sec. 114-2905.01. Southwest Thirty-eighth Place--Park Avenue to dead end north.

Southwest Thirty-eighth Place, on the east side, from Park Avenue to the cul-de-sac, north and including any part of the cul-de-sac, no parking any time.

Sec. 114-3659.05. Sweetwater Drive--East Pine Avenue to Dead End.

Sweetwater Drive, on the west side, from dead end north of Fayrdale Drive south to cul-de-sac and including all of the cul-de-sac, no parking any time.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
