Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Des Moines, Iowa:

Section 1. Sec. 114-4096. East Grand Avenue‑‑Watson Powell Jr Way to Robert D Ray Drive.

East Grand Avenue, on both sides, from a point 55 feet east of Watson Powell Jr Way to a point 125 feet west of Robert D Ray Drive, ten-hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

East Grand Avenue, on the south side, parking meters BG-1 and BG-3, ten-hour meters, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., are designated handicapped parking spaces and are subject to the same prohibition as is found in subsection 114-616(a) of this chapter.

Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
