This document outlines the City of Des Moines’ service efforts and accomplishments for the Fiscal Year that ended June 30, 2006. The sections of the report are based on the major themes expressed in the City's Vision Statement. The report includes performance measures, benchmarks, census data, spending levels, and the results of the annual citizen survey to reach a general understanding of the City’s performance.
