Welcome to the City of Des Moines Employee Wellness Program!

This program, CSI: Des Moines, is designed to help employees lead better, healthier lives. Studies show that employees who participate in wellness programs enjoy short-term and long-term benefits; they are more productive, take fewer sick days, and are generally happier in their jobs.

Through individual health screenings, wellness activities, and educational services, we intend to offer you the information and assistance you need to maintain or improve your physical, mental, and emotional health.
