Do you have a great photo of MacRae Park, the Bill Riley Trail, the splash pool at Ashby Park or other location? It could be the cover photo for our 2018 Report to the Community! From September 4 through October 4, participants can submit their favorite photos of any Des Moines park, trail or other amenity online. Voting for those photos selected as finalists will begin on October 15 and the winner will be announced October 24.

Participants register from August 1 through October 8 each year. Separate leagues are available for boys and girls with boys offering divisions for 1st / 2nd grade, 3rd / 4th grade, 5th / 6th grade and 7th grade; girls leagues will be 1st grade / 2nd grade, 3rd grade / 4th grade, and 5th-7th grade. Leagues play begins in mid-November and ends with tournament play in February. Practices and games are played at area schools and community centers. Participants have the option of selecting day of play.Registration can be made by team or as an individual player; draft teams are formed from individual registrations. Team rosters allow for approximately ten players. Entry fee provides a reversible jersey for each player, ten-game schedule, end-of-season tournament, registered referees and game scorekeepers. •Registration Period: August 1 - October 8 •Cost: $550 per team – 10 player roster or $60 individual registration •10-game schedule played from late October - Mid-February •Final Four played at the Knapp Center•Call IMPACT Community Action Partnership at 515-518-4700 for GRASP scholarship eligibility
