Storm Drain Manhole Cover Design Contest
The City of Des Moines Department of Public Works invites you to submit an original design and water quality message to help educate citizens and visitors to Des Moines about storm water pollution. The winning design or designs will become the standard design for new and replaced storm sewer manhole covers throughout the City.

The Department of Public Works is determined to provide residents with improved snow removal. All residents need to participate by moving their vehicles off the street during snow removal operations.
