Welcome to the Information Center
What We Do:
If you have concerns about a problem in your neighborhood or have a question regarding city services and you're not sure who to call, the Information Center can help. Problems are reported to the appropriate city department with a follow-up date. If you'd like a report on the resolution or status of your request, just tell us your name and email address and we'll contact you.

Our Hours of Operation:
Regular office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but you can leave a voicemail message for us and we'll take care of reporting your concern on the next regular business day.
