Bidding documents are available from the Engineering Department, 2nd floor City Hall, 400 Robert D Ray Drive, Des Moines, Iowa 50309-1891. Information regarding bidding documents may be obtained by phone: (515) 283-4005 or fax: (515) 283-4112.
